Calling all white girls!

I have a serious question and I don't want it taken the wrong way but, what's up with all that hair swinging stuff? Just curious cause it seems like they are obssessed with their hair.

I had a friend in fith grade,C, and she said on the last day of school she did all that hair stuff because she had lice and didn't want anyone to see that she was scratching.

Now I know that most white people don't have lice, never have and never will but I just wonder if Lice happens as much as people act like it does and also why they do all that hair flicking, swinging stuff.
